Extract Duplicates

First of all choose the source list. Then go Tools -> Extract Duplicates. Select the destination - an existing list, or create a new one, or move the extracted email addresses to the recycle bin. Click Next.


Extract Domains

This tool allows users to extract email addresses containing particular domains. Go to Tools -> Extract Domains and specify domains (each per line). Click Next. Choose the source contact list and the destination - either an exiting list, or a new one, or a recycle bin. Click Next.


Extract Names

You can extract email addresses containing specified names. Go to Tools -> Extract Names and specify names (each per line). Click Next. Choose the source contact list and the destination - either an exiting list, or a new one, or a recycle bin. Click Next.

Extract Surplus

This tool extracts a particular number of emails per domain. Your list may include, for instance 250 yahoo.com email addresses, and 250 aol.com addresses. Specify the maximum number of email addresses per domain. Then select an existing list or enter the name of a new one. Click Next.

Extract Adresses With Status...

There's an option to move email addresses with particular statuses such as new, OK, unknown error, wrong syntax, duplicate, unsubscribed, wrong domain, connection error, timeout, no socks proxy, socks proxy error, wrong mailbox, mailbox temporary unavailable, refused by antispam system, too many parallel connections, rejected, don't send domain, don't send name.

Extract Specified Number

Specify the number of email addresses and move them to another list. You can move them to an existing contact list or create a new one.

Split Lists

Select a lists you would like to split and specify the number of email addresses in each list.

Extract Subscribed / Extract Unsubscribed

This tool extracts email addresses with statuses subscribed/unsubscribed. Select the contact list and specify the destination place. It can be an existing list, a new one, or the recycle bin.

Move "good" addresses / Move "bad" addresses

You can move email addresses with statuses "good" or "bad" to separate list or to an already existing one.

Merge Lists

Select two lists you would like to combine and enter the name for a new list. Click Next.

Find Addresses Not Containing in Second List

This tool allows users to find emails in a first selected list, which are not existed in a second list and copy them in a new list. Emails from two sourse lists are not deleted.

Find Addresses Containing in Both Lists

This tool finds email addresses containing both in the first and in the second lists and copies emails into a separate one. Specify the first and the second list, and enter the name of the result list.
