No, you needn't. Bulk Mailer can automatically send images included in your message as inline image, which means all images are sent along with your message, when your recipients open your email, they will see these pictures immediately without waiting for the email software to download these images from internet.

Q. How can I create a HTML message? Does Bulk Mailer provide a WYSIWYG HTML editor?
Yes, Bulk Mailer provides a WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) HTML editor to let you create HTML emails. In order to create a new message, click "New" in the Message tab. You'll see the standard message window. Enter the message content. You can do it either manually, or open an already existing file from your computer, open any email template, or use one of the email templates which you can find in the templates section.
Then you are to fill in the To, From fields, and the Subject line. Click the button next to the To Field, and select the type of your contact list file (Contac list, text, Windows Address Book, MS Outlook, or other). Please note, that if you choose contact list, you'll be able to insert the appropriate fields into your message, such as name, URL, Company name, and so on. Click Next. Open your contact list. Click OK.
You can also specify the From field. Click the From button and choose an email account, or create a new one. Email address may differ from what is specified in the settings of the program.

Yes. Use your contact list to store more attributes than just names and email addresses. Attributes can be incorporated as wildcards throughout your campaign. Bulk Mailer will automatically merge the right attributes for each contact, so every message is personalized. Bulk Mailer sends its messages directly to each customer, one at a time, personally and privately. The recipients only see what they need to see, and they sure don't see the other names on your mailing list.

Q: How to send the messages?
Click the Send button. The program will automatically check the Internet connection. In the same window you can change the sending mode in settings. Then click Start Sending button.
Q: What is Sending Monitor?
The Sending Monitor opens immediately after you click the Start Sending button. The Sending Monitor shows the total number of messages, number of processed messages, sent, failed and unsubscribed. The Current Tasks pane shows the Direct Pool and Queue and Relay Pool and Queue.
Q. How fast does Bulk Mailer send?
There is no short answer to this question. There are many variables that affect message throughput, and since sending a piece of mail requires that you communicate with the recipients mail server, some of these variables may not be under your control at all. Sending email involves at least four distinct variables:
The actual message being sent (size, encoding, etc...)
The speed of the computer creating the mail (CPU, HD subsystem, memory, etc)
The speed and responsiveness of SMTP server which receives the messages
The speed of the Internet connection between your computer and the recipient's mail server
Each of these variables contributes to the overall speed of the sending. Any of the variables has the potential to slow the things down to the point where sending bulk email is absolutely impossible.

Q. Can I send out emails without SMTP servers?
Yes. Bulk Mailer's "direct delivery mode" doesn't use your mail server or your ISP's mail server. Instead, It connects and sends messages to the mail server of the recipient's address. For instance, a message from bob@aol.com is sent directly to mail.aol.com instead of mail.yourdomain.com. This takes the load off of your mail server and speeds up message sending significantly. Note: if your ISP(or firewall) blocks TCP port 25.

Q. I have to stop Bulk Mailer in the middle of the mailing. Can I resume?
Yes. You can stop a running email campaign at any moment. Bulk Mailer can automatically recover the interrupted mailing and resume where you left off.

Q. Can I resend the failed emails?
Yes. Once you've finished sending your email campaign, you can easily resend the failed emails. Some emails can't get delivered not because the email address is bad, but because the Internet offers many impassable obstacles:
the recipient's e-mail server may be temporarily down
your ISP may be temporarily down
an Internet segment may be temporarily down
a DNS server may be temporarily down
Resending the failed emails can improve the sending success ratio significantly.
In order to re-send unsent emails, select the needed message and click the Resend button on the task pane. the program will automatically verify the Internet connection. In the dialog window you'll be able to change the settings. After choosing the desired sending mode click Start Sending button.

Q. Is Bulk Mailer a multithreaded application? If so, how many threads can I create?
Yes, Bulk Mailer is a multithreaded application. You can use up to 512 threads to send out emails simultaneously in the enterprise edition. Using mutiple threads to send out emails can speed up message sending. However, If you have a large number of threads, it can hurt performance while the OS switches between them , the more threads you have the more memory your app needs.
