Exporting Contacts

To export an email list from Bulk Mailer, click on Contacts panel then click the Export button. Bulk Mailer allows the users to export email addresses into a text file, database or excel file.

Export to a Text file

Go to the contacts section. Choose a contact list, then click the Export button and select text file. There'll appear a window where you can choose what fields you would like to export. Up and Down arrows move the selected lines. See the screenshots.

Click "Next" button and specify the format and the statuses to be exported. The email addresses can be separated from names, statuses, etc. by the semicolons, tabs, spaces, commas, or other symbols you specify. Click "Next" button and name the file.

When the export is completed, you can view the results.

 

Export to a database

Go to the contacts section. Choose a contact list, then click the Export button and select database.

Select a database connection from the existing ones. If the the window is blank, click on "Connect". You'll see the following data providers: Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle Server, MySQL Server, Microsoft Access Database, Microsoft Excel Sheet, Microsoft Visual Foxpro, DBase file, Plain Text file or CVF, or you can choose another data source.

 

Export to an excel file

Go to the contacts section. Choose a contact list, then click the Export button and select excel. Choose what fields to be exported. Up and Down arrows move the selected lines. Click Next. Specify the statuses of email addresses you would like to export. You can export good, bad, or unverified email addresses. Click Next and name your file.

Select a database connection from the existing ones. If the the window is blank, click on "Connect". You'll see the following data providers: Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle Server, MySQL Server, Microsoft Access Database, Microsoft Excel Sheet, Microsoft Visual Foxpro, DBase file, Plain Text file or CVF, or you can choose another data source.
